Following February’s successful club night with Mike Gratton we’re pleased to have club member Liz, who runs Your Pilates Studio, lead an interactive introduction to Pilates for Runners. The session will be themed around using Pilates to balance the demands and stress of running, including aspects of cross training. There will be 30-45 minutes of exercises followed by a chance to ask any questions – we hope you can join us!
