
Seniors’ Small Group Training
Please meet a few minutes earlier than the session start time outside the club hut in the Peter Driver fields whilst maintaining social distancing and following the club advice regarding Covid 19 safety, which is posted in the window of the club hut. We will split into small groups comprising one leader and up to 5 runners and train off-road in separate locations. Choice of tempo/interval/hill training.
