Seniors’ Track Training
Please meet at the track for a warmup at 6:45 followed by a session start at 7:00 pm led by Tom. Session content comprises Pyramids 200/400/600/800 – 1K – 800/600/400/200 (all with 200m walk/jog rec) or 600m/300m x 5 or 6 (200m/100m jog recovery).
