Seniors’ Training

There’s a choice of session: Hill training with Mike or flat pyramid intervals with Bob. Please meet at Peter Driver for both sessions.

The pyramid session comprises Inverse pyramid session: 3,3,2,2,1,1,2,2,3,3 min. timed straight effort runs on Velmead Common with 50% recovery times.
