Seniors’ Training – 20mins out & 20mins back (off-road)
Please meet at Peter Driver for a 6:30 session start. We will jog warmup to the start. Session comprises a timed 20 minutes run out down the side of Velmead Common, then along the tow path towards Aldershot followed by a retrace of your steps back to the start. If you’ve got the pace right we will all be finishing together!
