Please meet at Peter Driver for a prompt session start at 6:30pm. Hi Viz apparel is essential.
Planned Sessions are:

| Head Torch off-road run – volunteer leader needed |
| TBC led by Jon / Elaine if free from work commitments |
We are subject to Tier 2 Covid Government Restrictions and following England Athletics Covid 19 guidelines. The key message is for runners to maintain a 2m social distance at all times and not to linger in groups at the start and finish of the sessions.
