Seniors’ Training @ Peter Driver 6:30pm Prompt Start
We will have two led groups – Bob will be doing an off road steady run to Fleet Pond with a return route via lit roads. Penny will be doing a “recce” on the Winter Handicap course for those who have not done it before or who want to re-familiarise themselves with the route before the first event – the pace will be steady and suitable for all so that the group keeps together. The distance is 5 miles. If numbers dictate and as per the rules, the leader can have two groups with a suitable gap between them. Please sign up to the groups when you arrive. Training groups need to ensure they are prompt with arrival and departure (perhaps saving post-run stretching for when you get home if you are local) and that they stay with their group leader, at an appropriate distance from other groups during these times. Please bear in mind that the juniors will also be training in the Peter Driver area so seniors groups should keep their distance.
