Seniors’ Training – Sand Loops or Hill Reps

Please meet at 6:30 at Peter Driver. For the sand loops we will warmup run to the start in Gelvert Bottom, Long Valley. The sand loops are 600m of effort and approximately 250m of walk /jog recovery. Debby is leading an alternative which is hill reps.
