Seniors’ Training – Winter Out & Back

Please meet at Peter Driver for a session start at 6:30pm. This is a timed session with 25 minutes on an outward route and 25 minutes back retracing one’s steps. Suitable for all abilities and tests a runner’s ability to keep a consistent pace for 50 minutes.
